AVC Streamer is able to work with a variety of underlying video capture methods and is compatible with any MPEG-2 Transport based input stream.Any modern day PC can be used to run AVC Streamer.The input media feed can be a live stream, a stored media file, or a playlist. AVC Streamer can treat any media directory full of videos into an automatic playlist.
