Cecil III was the $100 winner of a theme contest in which Kaleidoscope users were polled on the theme they were currently using. Sadly, Kaleidoscope was never ported to OS X, so Cecil is long-forgotten...Package includes "Cecil IV" GTK2 & Metacity themes, "Son of Cecil" GTK2, and Avant Window Manager themes.
