KIptablesGenerator is a KDE-based wizard aimed at making the process of setting up a linux netfilter firewall easy. This is a KDE-based wizard aimed at making the process of setting up a linux netfilter firewall easy, especially on distributions with no firewall tool of their own, such as slackware.It creates a shell script, suitable for caling from an init script, or on slackware, being saved as /etc/rc.d/rc.firewall.It currently filters incoming packets, but support for outgoing filtering and routing/masquerading setup is planned.What's New in This Release:· Adding masquerading support, more sysctl options, cleaned up UI and rewrote most of the output generation function.· Fixed compilation under GCC 4.
