phpMyAdmin is a tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the WWW. phpMyAdmin is a tool written in PHP intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the WWW.Currently it can create and drop databases, create/drop/alter tables, delete/edit/add fields, execute any SQL statement, manage keys on fields, create dumps of tables and databases, export/import CSV data and administrate one single database and multiple MySQL servers.phpMyAdmin can manage a whole MySQL server as well as a single database. To accomplish the latter you'll need a properly set up MySQL user who can read/write only the desired database. It's up to you to look up the appropriate part in the MySQL manual.
