Wallpaper manager Description

As its name suggests, Wallpaper manager is an open source desktop utility that allows users to manage a collection of wallpapers (a.k.a. desktop backgrounds). In order to work properly, the script needs some first time configuration. So open the install_english.sh file with a text editor and replace the /Pictures/ folder with the one you keep your wallpapers.
