ConnectSMBServer Description

Connect to any SMB server on your network with a click of a button ConnectSMBServer is a free AppleScript based app which stores username, password, SMB server name and Workgroup so that you can automatically connect to a networked Windows SMB server with one click. The ConnectSMBServer script WILL NOT WORK unless you add the SMB server's information you want to connect to inside the script. Launch AppleScript Editor (Applications > Utilities) and go File > Open.Installation: Copy the ConnectSMBServer script to your Library>Scripts folder. Enable the Apple ScriptMenu system and you can run them from the menu bar whenever needed.WARNING: Save 'real' versions as non-editable applicatons for security.
