JPrIME Description

JPrIME is a cross-platform library written in Java that includes several tools for working with phylogenetics. JPrIME can be used primarily when dealing with probabilistic phylogenetic models which usually require a Markov-chain Monte Carlo framework. Being developed using Java, JPrIME is a cross-platform library which can be used on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
