KronoX Description

Free and open source time tracking application for your Mac KronoX is a simple and intuitive time tracker that features simple statistics, an unlimited number of hierarchical tasks and exporting to e.g. iCal and Excel. Here are some key features of "KronoX": · Hierarchical tasks, in any depth · Many different kinds of statistics · Export to iCal or to a text file · Intuitive user interface (I hope) · Status menu, with nice little coloured tasks What's New in This Release: · Added some basic help (available from the Help menu) (Issue 12) Added new attributes to Tasks: comment, and normal working time: · Both are optional, but if normal working time is used, the statistics view will calculate the percentage of how much you have worked; · in that case you need to set the (total) normal working time in the preferences. · Added a contextual menu where the user can show/hide different table columns in the detailed and statistics views. This columns menu is also in the main menu (View -> Columns) · (Issue 8) Better printing, but still not very good. · (Issue 27) Added checking for idle time. The behaviour can be set in the preferences. · (Issue 13) Overlapping work periods are marked in red (if activated in the preferences). · (Issue 28, still not sure if it's fixed) Fixed a bug with automatic saving of the database, which could retract pending changes. · Changed the keyboard shortcuts for creating, editing and deleting Tasks. · The detailed and statistics views now remember their own size. Also, the column widths and visibility are remembered between invocations.
