MCOA Description

MCOA (Markov Chain Ontology Analysis) is a utility built to analyze hierarchical ontology models and retrieve domain data for them.MCOA was carefully developed for the analysis of more complex ontological structures, against a wider range of data distributions, than has been possible using existing methods.MCOA was specifically built to target the challenges of inter-instance relationships, class overlaps, continuously valued data, non-hierarchical relationships between classes, sparse data and semantic distance.
