Will archive your mail in a database for easy retrieval, without touching or modifying the email in your mail app MailSteward is a program designed to archive all your email in a database for easy retrieval, without touching or modifying the email in your email client program.Just click on the Store Email in Database button and MailSteward will go to work storing copies of all your email, both text and HTML versions, and attachments, into a relational database file. You can then retrieve email and attachments from the database by searching on Date, From, To, Subject, Mailbox, and/or Body text. If you are running Mac OS X (Panther or Tiger), and you are using the Mac OS X Mail program, or can export mbox files from Microsoft Entourage or other email clients, and you have thousands of emails to keep track of, then MailSteward is exactly what you need. Here are some key features of "MailSteward": · Works with Mac OS X Apple Mail to archive all your email text in a relational database. · Works with all POP, .Mac, and IMAP email accounts. · Works with mbox files exported from Microsoft Entourage and other email clients. · Select emails from archive by date range and keywords in the To, From, Subject, Mailbox, or Body fields. · Sort by date, To, From, Subject, Mailbox, or unique ID. · Print email list, or individual email, or all emails in a list. · Save email list, or individual email, or all emails to a text file. · Reply to individual emails. · Export emails to a tab-delimited text file, a separate database file, an mbox file, or an SQL file. · Merge database files together. · All email folders are left undisturbed. · Options to store attachments, HTML, and enriched text, as well as plain text. · Native Cocoa application that supports OS X 10.3 and greater.
