SafariDockStatus Description

Shows number of unread RSS items in the Dock SafariDockStatus is a SIMBL plugin that automatically tallies the number of unread news items tracked by Safari 2 and updates the dock icon to reflect that number. Source code is available from the website. You can also change the size of the label if you think that's too big and ugly, or you're a bat and you can't read it. The size will be stored along with Safari's other settings.Unless you've already cleaned them out, by default Safari has a number of RSS feeds already in your bookmarks database. This will cause the total unread number to be oddly high initially. Open up the bookmarks editor, find the 'News' folder, and clean out the ones you don't want, then the number will only reflect the feeds you're interested in.Note: SafariDockStatus also works with Webkit nightlys and Safari 4. Requirements: · Safari 2.0 or later What's New in This Release: · Updated Info.plist to allow loading in Safari build 419.3 · Updated SIMBL to 0.8.1
