A Java software that allows visualization and interaction of 3D graphs/networks WilmaScope is a free Java3D application which will help you create real time 3d animations of dynamic graph structures.WilmaScope graphs can be twiddled interactively, but their most useful manifestation is as visualisations of data from other programs.
