Yellow Camp iCal Actions is a set that can be used alone in your own workflows or combined together to achieve complex tasks as in the case of the included example workflow that archives old iCal events.Find Past iCal Events: This action lets you search for past events based on a whole number and a timeframe. The Apple provided Find iCal Items action can be used to find events based on a variety of criteria but its date options are more focused on recent or upcoming events. Find Past iCal Events action works as a filter over the iCal events passed to it to find only past events for a given timeframe. The timeframe is specified by a positive whole number and a popup button selection from the following choices: Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, and Years.Move iCal Events: This action moves the specified iCal events to the specified calendar. Move iCal Events permanently moves events passed to it to a specified calendar, either one that already exists or a new calendar the user names. The output list of events contains the same events as the input, but the references are to the destination calendar to which they were moved.Get Date Range String from Events: This action creates a date range string from the iCal events provided to it. Get Date Range String from Events provides an easy way to discover the date range of a list of events. The action offers three date styles and the option to copy the string to the clipboard for pasting into other applications.Find Past iCal To Dos: This action lets you search for iCal To Do items that are past due and/or have a specified completion status. An iCal To Do does not require a due date, and thus specifying a timeframe for the due date is optional. Completion status can also be checked to find To Dos that have or have not been marked as complete. The time of the alarm is relative to the due date of the To Do and is specified with a combination of positive whole number and a popup button selection from the following choices: The same day, The day before, Days before, and Days after.
