mzSquash Description

A free and open source compression tool for mzML files mzSquash is a free and open source compression tool for mzML files, an XML-based standard developed by HUPO PSI (http://www.psidev.info) for spectrometer output. The resulting .mzsquash file can be decompressed back into a mzML file, or read using an included SAX reader.
