A free and open source Ruby wrapper for the NPR API ruby-npr is an open source RubyGem that will serve as a wrapper for the NPR API. ruby-npr allows you to easily access NPR's vast wealth of content that goes as far back as 1995. ruby-npr wraps the results of queries to NPR's REST API in Ruby.NPR's API provides a flexible, powerful way to access your favorite NPR content, including audio from most NPR programs dating back to 1995 as well as text, images and other web-only content from NPR and NPR member stations. This archive consists of over 250,000 stories that are grouped into more than 5,000 different aggregations.
