theLinker Description

theLinker builds navigation links between pages within a folder hierarchy theLinker is a Macintosh "droplet" which builds navigation links between pages within a folder hierarchy, such as the one you are viewing now. The navigation links render the folder hierarchy as HTML links. This documentation was built with TheLinker, and will explain how you can do it too.theLinker creates HTML links which mirror the file system hierarchy on your hard disk. One of TheLinker's main strengths is that the "document" you edit to create your website is your web site. That is, you can build the site on your Macintosh, transfer it to a server somewhere, tweak files directly on the server if necessary, recover the site from the server, and continue building or modifying it on your computer. There isn't a separate design which you "publish" to the active web site, so there is no opportunity for them to get separated. What's New in This Release:This version provides support for OS 10.2 and includes revisions to the sample site and documentation.
