Easily dump out collections of files Codecat is a free and small Perl script designed to dump out collections of files. Codecat is intended for usage on source code, to act a bit like a "pretty-printer", in that it sticks nice delimiters between files, and a nice header on the top. This header isn't so nice, in that it will wrap at a character level, and not a word level, but you can't have it all and you can stick " "'s in your synopsis if you want a line break.
