The CPSE Excellence Conference is the highlight of the year for every fire and rescue agency in the process of seeking accreditation or maintaining accreditation. It is also the primary source of information for senior officers seeking designations such as Chief Fire Officer, Chief Training Officer, Chief EMS Officer, Fire Officer and Fire Marshal. For four days, fire and rescue personnel from agencies all over North America gather to improve their leadership skills, share successes and challenges, network with fellow officers and enjoy supporting the National Fallen Fire Fighter Foundation. This year’s keynote speakers and conference session presenters will inform, excite and motivate more than 200 emergency services professionals gathering in Henderson, Nevada, fulfilling CPSE’s mission: “CPSE provides communities and agencies with methods, processes and research to enable the fire and emergency profession to continuously improve services, resulting in a higher quality of life for their constituents.”
