Slash your utility bill and get $100 credit from your electricity provider by simply turning off your electric appliances on certain days of the summer. Summer Saver notifies you when there is an imminent Save Power Day (or equivalent) in which utilities will pay you to use less electricity. We even tell you how much you can save, so you can determine if it's worth it. On certain hot days of the summer, the power grid is under a lot of stress from high usage. During those days, utility companies struggle to generate enough electricity to meet the demand. They have two solutions, buy electricity from out of state at a high premium or pay you to use less. Over the course of the summer, earn up to $100 from your utility by simply not using electricity. *Homeowners are automatically enrolled in their respective utility programs and all money earned is automatically credited on the utility bill.
