mParKing is a unique mobile parking payment system which enables car driver to pay parkign with their mobile. Our solution enables three channels of payment: SMS, IVR (Phone call) and Mobile internet with LBS (Location Based Services). Car driver makes a simple phone call and his/her parking payment is completed in 10 seconds. Our system uses area codes to distinguish parking companies and different tariffs. When car driver stops his/her car calls our phone number to start parking payment. Our IVR system identifies the car driver and his/her car ID. If the driver has enough money mParKing system confirms the parking payment through a voice message. Before driver leaves the parking place makes another call to terminate parking payment. Payment can be done thru SMS also. We have an innovative solution to make parking payment even more easy. Car driver starts parking payment thru mobile internet with the mParKing application. His/her phone identifies the area code using the GPS of the mobile phone. This is a location based services because the system launches parking payment based on which location the car driver parks. The rollout of our system is very easy since our servers are implemented in Azure. So the service is scalable based on the volume and independent form the country where the service is provided.
