Using the normal Address Book you will lose the folder and group structure if you attempt to Import or Export the data. Separate Address Books will do away with that problem And you can even use it to change the default Address Book which will be used in Outlook Express and other applications. EZ Paste takes all of the drudgery out of pasting several names into an Address Book at one time. It eliminates the problem of you having to manually confirm each entry. The Create New option allows you to easily create a new Address Book. This version features a new interface and the help files which were inadvertently left out the last time
