This software tool lets you add STAgent features and add Sametime`s instant messaging functionality to your Domino LotusScript, Java agents, Java stand-alone applications and servlets. Existing applications will be able to access new ways to interact with users, enhance workflows, alarms, scheduled activities. Botstation STAgent can transform your regular Domino agents into messaging tools. Added functionalities include sending Sametime messages, Sametime announcements, checking of user`s online status, can be used in used in agents, stand-alone applications or as a Java servlets, sending Sametime messages from Windows Command Prompt and from Linux. The STAgent functionality can add capability like sending reminders via email, deliver them instantaneously to the recipient with a Sametime message. You could notify someone about documents in workflow which require their response. Helpdesk staff could be informed when an issue is added to the help call database. Meetings and appointments reminders could be sent out easily. STAgent`s code can be pasted into any existing LotusScript and Java agent. That makes it ready in just a few seconds. The instant messaging features are then ready to be used. Servlet interface are provided. Examples are also provided for integration.
