CS4splice Description

CS4splice is a handy, small, easy to use application, specially designed to offer users an alternative splicing detection tool. This program comes with a highly error-tolerate complementary quad-seeding strategy incorportated, in order to handle inexact seeding and all 3 types of errors in alignment, including mismatch (substitution), insertion, and deletion. This software was also designed to produce results for further Biological analysis, and the output files consist of all the exnoic alignments as well as the information of spliced alignments.
