CompactDistortion Description

The CompactDistortion VST plugin was developed to be a stomp box distortion simulator for windows. Main features: Gain : Set the input gain to the distortion. Color : Set the character of the distortion Presence : Set the presence of the distortion. Comp : Add compression effect. LPF Pre/Post : Set the position of the low pass filter, Pre Distortion or Post Distortion. LPF Cutoff : Set the cutoff frequency of low pass filter. LPF Q : Set the resonance of low pass filter. Env.Follow : Set the amount of the envelope follower effect. Env.Rel : Set the release time of the envelope follower. PreHPF Cutoff : Set the cutoff frequency of the high pass filter before the distortion. Tone : Set the tone of output sound. Volume : Set the output level. OverSampling : Switch over sampling On/Off. OverSampling removes the alias noise caused in the distortion section, but need high CPU usage.
