Deconvolve Description
The Deconvolve application was developed to be a Windows program for remote batch restorations of 3D/2D confocal and widefield fluorescence images using Huygens2 from SVI on a local or remote computer. Output: Deconvolved 2D/3D images with prefix r_ and in case of a 3D image a 2D maximum intensity projection with prefix r_proj - xs (0.05) sample distances in microns - ys (0.05) sample distances in microns - zs (0.20) sample distances in microns - na (1.30) numerical aperture objective - ril (1.515) refractive index of lens immersion - ri (1.442) refractive index of embedding medium - ex? (488) excitation wavelenght (nm) ?channel - em? (520) emmission wavelenght (nm) ?channel - bg? (0) manual background ?channel - bgmode (object) background mode - pr (250) backprojected pinhole radius - micro (confocal) microscope or sensor type - restoration (qmle) QMLE or CMLE deconvolution - sn (fair) QMLE signal-to-noise ratio - sn? (20) CMLE signal-to-noise ratio ?channel - it (40) CMLE number of iterations - stretch (true) auto contrast stretch
