They are only decrypted when you open them and reencrypted and replaced when you close them. It also records all files used by the Interface and even 'Locks' them so multiple users won't use them at the same time. Contains both an Administration application and the Interface and allows creating the user install for networks. This application requires the VB Runtimes, which you should install before running the application.
