Firehand Ember is a program designed to manage, organize, edit, share and show off multimedia files. Basically, Firehand Ember displays all the image files on your computer. The interface includes a tree view of the Desktop, complete with all the folders and locations it includes (Computer, Network, Libraries etc). However, the main part of the UI is taken over by the subfolders and images found on the computer. These are displayed as thumbnails and can be resized with the help of slider. The space between the items is also adjustable. The program comes with a basic photo viewer that enables you to rotate the pictures and to start a slideshow of the items contained in the folder. Furthermore, the app enables you to quickly move extensive photo collections to another area on the computer by simply dragging the items to the desired directory. Alternatively, the app can also move entire folders. Firehand Ember can also define a few default folder settings. Thus, you can choose a background image from the disks that can be centered, stretched or tiled to fit the app’s frame. The fact of the matter is that Firehand Ember is a program that can help you view and organize media files.
