LETA Description

The name LETA stands for LowExportToAgr. LETA is a simple program which converts .txt files exported by the Lunar Occultation Workbench program (low) to .agr (alarm group) files which can be imported by Puac. The program takes one command line argument, which is the number of hours you want to be warned before a lunar occultation. Default is 24 hours. Note that the program doesn't take the time zone into account. It just looks at the listed times and subtracts a number of hours. LETA simply converts all .txt files in the application directory to .agr files. The program works with export files from Lunar occultation workbench 3.1 and possibly with some other versions.
