Moo0 TimeStamp is a fast and easy-to-use software application that enables users to change the date and time stamps for files of any type. It comes bundled with an intuitive set of options that can be figured out by all kinds of users, regardless of previous experience with computer applications. Fast setup and user-friendly GUI Setting up the program does not take a long time. However, users should be careful when going through the wizard steps, as Moo0 TimeStamp offers to download and install other applications (made by the same developer) that it does not actually need to work properly. The interface is clean and intuitive, made from a window that stays on top of other frames (this option can be disabled). So, it is possible to drop files or entire folders, in order to change their timestamp. Batch processing is supported, which means you can modify attributes for multiple files at the same time. Users may modify the date and time of creation, last modification and last access, synchronize attributes, as well as change them by offset or time zone. The GUI language may be switched to something else as well. Evaluation and conclusion The tool does not put a strain on PC performance, as it runs on low CPU and RAM. We have not come across any issues throughout our evaluation, since Moo0 TimeStamp did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. All in all, this tool delivers a fast and easy method to modifying date and time attributes for multiple files at once, and it should meet the requirements of most users.
