NextCentury Interactive Reading Lab Description

NextCentury Interactive Reading Lab program allows teachers to create their own interactive reading lessons for their class in an easy manner. They can add reading materials by importing them from pre-existing files, or type original texts directly on the program's interface. Also, they can add a sound file by reading aloud the text material so the students can read and hear the text at the same time. Teachers can include a quiz with their own questions, and can set the number of attempts the students have to find the correct answer. The program can be used by students too. Once a teacher has created his/her lessons, he/she can upload them to one of the school's workstations so students can solve the quiz individually or in pairs or groups. The program is very intuitive, so teachers and students will learn quickly how to use all its functions. The trial version includes a sample lesson that you can modify, complement or use it "as is".
