Notifi is an enterprise communications system which allows utilities to open the email and text message channels to support customer and employee communications. Notifi allows you to quickly deploy proactive communications solutions to customers and employees using one and two way text messages and email alerts. Notifi supports access to event subscriptions driven from your back office systems such as OMS, CIS, WMS or EMS. It uses a web self-service portal to allow customers to register for the information that interests them. Users can also register and manage their subscriptions through a pure text message portal, allowing you to reach non-Internet users with a low cost, rapid-response solution. This allows you to deploy solutions which use text messaging to support critical transactions such as device registration, outage reporting, bill presentment, and service call planning. When combined with iFactor's application integration APIs and professional services team, Notifi provides a key building block to take advantage of the power of text messaging in any utility. Main Features : - Respond Proactively : With Notifi, everyone from key account representatives to customers can be alerted when events such as an outage occur. They are automatically informed as details such as the estimated restoration time are updated. - Open New Channels : Notifi allows you to introduce your customers to text messaging as a channel for communicating with the utility.
