Piano Player Description

Piano Player is a lightweight software application that can help you emulate the sounds of a piano by pressing the keys from your computer keyboard. The main window of the program is minimalist and displays a virtual piano keyboard. It is possible to use only the computer keyboard in order to play the virtual piano. You can select the octave by typing in the value in the dedicated dialog. Piano Player doesn’t bundle any configuration settings, as it focuses mainly on letting you play the virtual piano by using the computer keyboard. You don’t need special computer skills to work with this tool, and it surely can be mastered even by less experienced users. During our testing we have noticed that the application manages to provide good sound quality without errors throughout the entire process. It also manages to remain light on the system resources and doesn’t affect the overall performance of the computer. However, more experienced users may find a bit inconvenient to work with a tool that doesn’t come packed with advanced features, such as equalizer, special effects, preset compositions, as well as the possibility of saving and recording the generated musical projects. It would have been useful to see an option for defining the keys on the computer keyboard. All things considered, Piano Player is a tool that can help you practice your piano musical skills in the easiest way possible.
