The publishers claim, it is specifically designed for the needs of men. The features include time management, contact manager, planner, reminder, diary, notepad, password manager, etc. in one package. So that this important set of data is never lost, the tool will take back ups automatically. Password protection ensures the data is not accessible to unauthorised personnel. Any such information database needs to have a good search feature so that you are able to find the piece of information you want very quickly and conveniently. The tool offers a search tool for this purpose. An integrated editor lets you write your thoughts into a diary or anything else quite easily. The product works from a USB drive, thus making it very portable and the owner can carry it wherever he goes. The interface is customizable. There are several look and feel to choose from. The diary is not only a text document but can include multimedia elements like photos. Possibility of inclusion of videos would have made it more interesting. Desktop electronic equivalent of Post-it notes can be created and stuck on the display location you want. Having reviewed the features, there was not one that is not usable by women. Any working woman could easily use the product and find it useful. Except, may be the interface look & feel should have included a pink color scheme!
