Our newest generic customer support program, QUAD Help Desk Client Server Edition 2006© , provides yet another option for organizations that want a QUick And Dirty solution for recording, updating and reporting on callers and their calls. This edition is for those that want to use a powerful database they are already familiar with or may already use - Microsoft's SQL Server 2005. However, Microsoft's SQL Server 2005 ExPress Edition is supported and this may be the ideal backend for smaller organizations that plan on growing and want a database that can grow right along with them. I will be adding a Link to sample web pages which will be provided to licensed users as a free thank you for purchasing a site license. However, you can download a fully functional 30 day trial version today. Unlike QUAD Help Desk Standard and Pro Edition, this version utilizes a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition backend (you need to have that already installed).
