RssToolbar Description

The RssToolbar application was developed to be a tiny utility that docks itself to the top of the screen and scrolls RSS News Feeds in a stock style ticker to the desktop. The RssToolbar uses an INI file (settings.ini) for configuration. If you're using Vista, then you'll probably have to use Wordpad to open the settings.ini file since Vista doesn't seem to let you open *.ini files in Notepad.The feeds section allows users to specify the feeds they want to stream in the ticker. At present, a maximum of 5 feeds are allowed and as long as the RSS Feed provider uses RSS Compliant XML documents, the ticker will be able to handle them. By right clicking in the ticker, you can expose a few options: Refresh - Fetches all the feeds and rebuilds the ticker stream Launch - Exports the feeds and links from the ticker and posts them into an HTM file Exit - Exits the ticker control
