SliCeR Description

Slicer is an open-source software tool for performing a diverse array of medical image processing activities within one freely available, easily extensible kit. Slicer is designed to be useful for almost anyone who needs to manipulate 3D images, in particular MR or CT biomedical images. For those purposes this project offers segmentation, registration, visualization, and measurement tools.
