The program can be used by multiple users and it offers two modes: light mode and pro mode. The light mode has some limitations, but still is very comprehensive and it is completely free. Unfortunately, the user interface is not very attractive, nor really intuitive. Beginners may feel overwhelmed with so many options and they may not know what to do first. In short, Timeto is a comprehensive personal organizer that includes everything you may need to have your life under control, but unfortunately, its complex user interface makes it a bit difficult to use.
