Total Organizer Pro Description

Total Organizer Pro is the professional edition of Total Organizer - a program that you can use to manage your personal agenda in a simple manner. The interface of Total Organizer Pro is very plain and simple to navigate through. The tool can be easily used by all individuals, regardless of their experience level. So, you can add a task by specifying its title, start and end time, priority and completion status. But you can also set up a reminder and enable Total Organizer Pro to repeat the respective task, as well as write notes, edit values and establish keywords. Furthermore, you can create a to-do list by writing titles, a deadline, the priority, notes and keywords, as well as add notes and contacts (e.g. first and last name, company, email address, Skype username). On top of that, you can view database properties, import and export contacts, use the undo, copy, paste and delete functions, convert an object to task, to-do, note or contact, refresh the task list, as well as use a search function along with SmartBox to quickly add items to the list. Moreover, you can change the viewing mode (large icons, list or details), calculate dates, configure global keyboard shortcuts, enable Total Organizer Pro to start minimized, set the long date and short date format, and more. In addition to Total Organizer, Total Organizer Pro includes some additional features, such as password protection, subscriptions, voice message recording and attachments. But you can also add images to image and contacts, among others. The program takes up a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, includes a comprehensive help file (that doesn't have snapshots) and didn't pop up errors during our tests. On the other hand, it crashed a couple of times when we tried adding a new task. Plus, the interface is pretty outdated and the features are limited. We recommend Total Organizer with reservations.
