TrajLab Description
TrajLab is designed as an useful and accessible research collection of MATLAB applications. TrajLab is made up out of two major subprojects: · MetaStable - allows users to perform metastability analysis of molecular conformations by clustering techniques. · MolSim - can be used to perform molecular dynamics simulations based on arbitrary force fields. TrajLab is developed to be a MATLAB general purpose molecular simulation package that allows users to manipulate codes, test algorithms and perform various numerical experiments.
