Pros: This application integrates necessary functions to manage a number of VoIP based services. Call center support, PC2Phone calls, web callback calling card based phone services are some of these businesses that can be supported by this software package. Call back alone has variations like ANI call back, SMS callback, DID callback, CLI callback and PIN callback variations which are supported. One needs to ensure that interoperation between systems based on H.323 and SIP protocols work seamlessly and without any deterioration in quality levels of calls. Several other facilities support the business operations. These include wholesale termination, online billing, unlimited reseller creation, online shop, invoice generator, Paypal integration, PIN recharge module and so on. Integration with a production quality database also is a must. My SQL as well as MS SQL server are supported. Both calling card operations and call center operation need the use of IVR. A flexible IVR solution is included in the package. Account management and billing support are available too. The user interface is fairly straightforward. Additional interfaces include administrator’s management interface and a multi level interface for resellers. This is a fully integrated solution in the form of one server based package.
