WheelsOfVolume Description

WheelsOfVolume is a tiny and practical application that lets you directly control the volume level of the computer by using the mouse's scroll button. It is easy to install and to use, no what how inexperienced you are in software programs. After a brief setup procedure, WheelsOfVolume creates an icon in the system tray area. From this point on, you can use the scroll button to adjust the volume. However, this action can be triggered only from the desktop. This way, WheelsOfVolume does not override the scroll function used in other programs. By opening the context menu of the system tray icon, you can also make WheelsOfVolume automatically run at system startup. Otherwise, you can hide its icon in the system tray area and continue to work with the program. The simple-to-use application is very low-demanding when it comes to the CPU and system memory, has a good response time and works well; it did not cause the operating system to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs throughout our evaluation.
