Wiztoo Monitor is a spy software able to listen to and analyze the traffic of a local area network Wiztoo Monitor is a spy software able to listen to and analyze the traffic of a local area network (LAN). The software is composed of two parts: * The packet monitoring. The sniffed network adapter can be local (an adapter of the computer on which Wiztoo Monitor is running) or remote (an adapter of the local area network). If the sniffed adapter is remote, the packets are diverted using an ARP spoofing technique. Spoofed computers still have normal internet access. * Wiztoo Monitor detects all the computers of the network and can sniff the packets of any computer, provided that the network is not protected against ARP spoofing. * The packet parsing. Once the packets have been catched, they have to be analyzed. Wiztoo Monitor understands e-mail protocols (POP3/SMTP) as well as MSN protocols and displays collected informations in a friendly way. Functionalities: The following section gives you a non-exhaustive list of Wiztoo Monitor features. * MSN o Analysis of MSN conversations, whether they pass through the MSN standard port or through the HTTP port. o Formatting of messages and display of smileys. o Can spy several chats at the same time, on one or several computers. o Support of chats between 3, 4, 5, n buddies. o Detection of the state of the participants ; possibility to see hidden contacts. * Mails o Analysis of sent and received e-mails via SMTP and POP3 protocols (no webmail). o Formatting of e-mails ; text and HTML formats both supported. o Possibility to save attachments. o Display of passwords, if they are transmitted in clear text.
