CloseDialUp Description

The CloseDialUp application was developed to be a small program that closes the modem dialup dialog (clicking Cancel) and then is closing itself. When my computer starts, it also starts ZoneAlarm. But for some reason it is trying to open a modem connection. That's a known bug with ZoneAlarm, but it frustrated me. So after clicking the danm cancel button for the thirtiest time, I started making this program that does it for me.
