Decimal clock Description

Decimal Clock is a clock widget which will break down the digits of time into six, each digit displayed on its own clockwise ring. Little dots light up with chosen colors as time moves on, showing 24H time. Outer ring has 3 dots for 0, 10, and 20 hours, the next has 10 so combined with the outer shows the hour. This continues inward with this interesting, puzzling, and compelling arrangement. The outer ring is the tens part of the hour, next is the ones part.
