Remove about:blank Buddy is simple-to-use program that allows you to restore some standard settings to your web browsers. This type of tool is needed when the web browsers have been infiltrated with spyware which deny you the possibility of reloading factory settings or of deleting unwanted items. The interface of the application is based on a standard window. So, you can remove Browser Helper Objects, such as URLRedirectionBHO and ArolEHelperStub. But you can also restore configuration settings which revolve around the blank page and handler for the "about:" protocol, default page URL which is particular to the computer, user's style sheet and the start page for the user who is currently logged on, among others. In addition, you can refresh these lists, use a backup and restore system for the settings, disable multiple parasite programs simultaneously through "Safe Remover", as well as restore removed programs. The program needs a very low amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. Unfortunately, there is no help file available and the interface requires some improvements. Otherwise, Remove about:blank Buddy should be easy to use by individuals of any level of experience.
