Bluecurve theme for the Clearlooks engine The author of Clearlooks says the style is based on Bluecurve. Well here's a GTK2 theme that uses the actual, official Bluecurve colors. Those rich shades of blue seen in Redhat's theme can now be used in Clearlooks. Just thought I would contribute this.The Clearlooks-Bluecurve theme is icon-independent. In the screenshot I'm using the official Redhat artwork icons. If you don't use Redhat or Fedora, you can easily get the icons by getting the redhat-artwork rpm from Fedora's public FTP. If you're "afraid" of Redhat or want to use an icon them a little "more" free, you can gram the Wonderland icons in the yellowdog-artwork rpm from Yellowdog Linux's public FTP. RPM users should be able to force-install the RPM, and Debian-based users can easily use Alien to make it a deb.How to install?· Right click on your desktop and select Change Desktop Background· Click on the first tab: Theme· Drag and drop the theme's archive in the Appearance Preferences window.· If everything is OK, you will receive a confirmation message and you can activate the theme just by clicking on it.About GNOME:GNOME is an international effort to build a complete desktop environment—the graphical user interface which sits on top of a computer operating system—entirely from free software.
