DCMLinux Description

DCMLinux is an open source and free of charge Linux operating system, a complete PACS server based on the Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx) distribution. DCMLinux features DCM4CHEE as its PACS server, the Mozilla Firefox web browser, as well as the iOviyam2, Oviyam2, Mayam, Care2x and Weasis add-ons. DCMLinux can be used as a DICOM workstation and it is distributed as a single Live CD ISO image, supporting only the 32-bit architecture. To use it, just download the ISO image, burn it to a CD and boot from it. No need to configure any files of DCM4CHEE, as the installer asks for everything it needs to configure a running the PACS server in minutes.
